"Cedar Lodge is a 22-room boarding house situated at 176 Mt Wellington Highway, just a short walk to the Countdown supermarket and within walking distance to Sylvia Park shops and the Panmure transport hub.Cedar Lodge comprises two main buildings, a house and a purpose-built lodge, meaning that it never feels crowded.All rooms have been recently refurbished and are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers, chair, 32 inch smart TV and fridge/freezer.The rooms come in a range of sizes, starting with our single rooms at $200 per week up to $250 per week for one person with an extra $40 per week for the second person in the room couples only, no share twin.Your rent includes power, water and internet. Common areas are cleaned weekly."
