Good location and an excellent room although the bathroom needs upgrading. Only problem was the pillows. Rock hard and very high. I had to use a cushion off the couch. Needs a pillow selection. One hard and one soft.

Average all round. Location is ok, however everything is in driving distance. Only good for a place to stay for a short period

Really bad customer service over the phone and also in person really selfish and never shows interest in helping customers out. don't take customers as a priority and just rude when communicating. don't deserve any stars

Here for don't know how Long, love it so far very quite, standard n quality of room is nothing like staying in skycity Grand Hotel, but can definitely adapt to this place if yr out of yr comfort zone

Woke up first morning with little red bites on my skin....bedmites or fleas. Had to buy my own sheets coz sheets on bed had another persons hair on it and sprayed nearly a full can of fly spray over the bed....no problem since. Out dated, alot of work needed!! NO DRYER!!
