We would rate SCK 10 stars if we could. Our shop's pie warmer broke today and we had amazing help from Lisa Andersen. She quickly processed our order, sent an invoice and we picked up the pie warmer within less than an hour. When we arrived  the pie warmer was already ready for pick-up and quickly loaded also very helpful staff. Lisa also called to ensure everything went well with the pick-up.  Lisa was just simply amazing. Thank you.

I have had the pleasure of working with SCK for a couple of years now. They have successfully delivered many of our projects now. Their prices have always been right on but with the best customer service i have experienced yet! I have no hesitation to recommend them highly to anyone looking for a one off equipment or a whole project!

I purchased a Blendec blender from SCK in 2012 - it recently broke while blending baby food. At the time I purchased it it  was advertised globally as having a 7 year warranty. I have been told by SCK and their supplier Franchise Fit Out Services that they will not fix, replace or refund the product. This is really disappointing service from an organisation that says it provides 'brands you can trust...with peace of mind"

Extremely pleased with the service I received when ordering two Blentec Jugs. The customer service from Mel was exceptional as was the fast delivery. I ordered the jugs midday on Thursday, desperately needing them by the weekend and received them the following day. Thank you
