The worst chargrill Charlie’s I’ve ever been too. I waited in line to be served for over 15 minutes. The staff members weren’t switched on or considerate when the staff memeber finally served me he then tells me the sauce I want for my roll is finished and they had run out and if I wanted something else? I didn’t like how I was treated at all. So I ended up buying something somewhere else. As I was walking back to my car 20 minutes later one of the staff members was eating with a big container of the exact sauce they said they ran out of.  I will never go back there ! The worst chargrill Charlie !

I can’t believe how bad this place is. After we tried the overpriced dry burger combo we never planned to come back. Today we thought we give them another try and maybe it isn’t a burger place. So we tried the chicken. It’s hard to say but the chicken was even worse. Thank you for giving me a bad experience everytime I come there, foodwise.

Busy night. Plenty of staff. Several members standing around chatting to each other. Inexperienced staff left to their own devices.nNo chickens busy so understandable but they kept telling people “10mins or 5mins” when they were clearly much further off. So customers paid and had to wait.nTicket system- every time they came to the register they counted from 1 even if they had just personally served 6 etc. they honestly had no idea even when looking at their counter.n14 minutes in the queue only to be told they were out of cooked schnitzels and they don’t cook any fresh like they normally do for me. No sold out stickers or signs like other items.n.nAt least they didn’t sell me something that had already been sold to others like they did to people in the queue before me.

New york wagyu burg $17 w fries n coke 3/5, a mountainous hell of a burg. They didnt have pastrami so sub that w bacon, after asking if it was ok to do so. Which is nice. Not sneaky. Call it common sense, customer service, being upfront, it is one of the reasons why we frequent this shop n why they are almost always busy at mealtimes. Rain or shine. Course being a chook shop, there are all kinds here including salads. Just remember this aint gourmet food.
