Great service received this morning, pre-ordered Taxi (4.15am) arrived on time with driver going the extra mile to assist with luggage on pickup and at Airport.  Swan Taxis would be my first choice when in Perth next.  Thank You!!

Appalling... left mobile phone in taxi, my own fault and I get that. I phoned my mobile from hotel room to locate it, took 2 goes to get an answer, also get that, but only to be told by taxi driver 46513 that he is on the south side and it would take a hour to get phone to me at a cost of $50, (he only just dropped me off - fast driver I must say) ok I said then would tomorrow be ok he said yes but I don’t start work until 4pm in the city (lesser cost) you can either come to my place to pick up (I don’t think so) or wait until I am in city, this didn’t suit as I had a flight to catch at 9am the next day. So I said I really need it tonight and $50 sounded too high as the south side wasn’t 1hr away, he said ok I will be there in 15 minutes!!! I agreed at a cost of $30. As 1 hr doesn’t equal 15 minutes!!! It’s not rocket science!!! 
He came to reception at hotel and still demanded $50 so there I was bartering with a taxi driver (felt like I was in Bali)  hotel night adult gentlemen was a witness to this hence why they don’t use swan as there preferred taxi company!!! I paid the $30 after going back and forward. 15 minutes does not equal 1 hour!!! I left a complaint on Friday night and only received a phone call Message today - Tuesday saying we received your message if you want to take it further call us. Poor customer service and shame on taxi driver for fibbing. Will NOT use swan again. 
Swan FYI I have night audit guys name that witnessed this conversation. Never again or your drivers require more customer training. I am in the hospitality industry and travel and use taxis frequently. I have travelled to Perth on a few occasions the whole experience STARTS with transports !!!

Wife got quizzed the whole ride about why we would take an Uber instead. Driver was intimidating and arrogant. And that’s why we love Uber. These taxis have no real time rating system to keep drivers polite and professional. Over priced and out dated. This is the past.

my daughter and myself used swan taxi last week while in perth very happy with the service and fares drivers very polite and chatty bags where put in and taken out of the car by the driver and also when call was made to order a taxi did not have to wait long at all before taxi turned up made getting around perth a breeze so thank you swan taxis

This guy should be promoted to head office he was so understanding dropped us to McDonald's and back highly recommend him his name is Sahil taxi number 209 his Identification number is 46374
