It's nice that this station is so central. Always clean and the staff are helpful. Efficient to get through and it's fully air conditioned.nnThe signage at the entry really needs an upgrade as it's too small to show all of the lines, and it doesn't show when the next service is if you're just about to miss one. The Perth Station signage is way better. No idea why they wouldn't put signage like this at the entry.
So damn noisy. The public should be able to sue for hearing problems if they regularly are at Perth underground for when the mandurah train arrives. The loud screeching has been this way for YEARS AND YEARS. Not good enough! I'm coming back with a decibel meter and making a complaint.
It's alright. The toilets are HELLA STANKY and the civilians at the train station are super sus.... got flirted with by lots of middle aged men and I am 17
Casey was absolutely awful to me when i was attempting to show my ticket to the gate agent. She has no idea how to speak with the public and should really be reserved for the back office.nnShe called me names and implied that i was a thief.
Transportation in time, well organized and affordable.
