From my experience this bus station is one of the good clean hygienic bus station in Perth N that is upstairs at level 1 .It's got a few stores where U can get drinks,magazine, scratchies or something to eat.Public phones really clean toilets N a really nice place to sit N have a rest.N it's got an exit to which but that U want to take.Look on the timetable but monitor pick your bus number N which stand N just enter the door with your bus stands A,B,C,D,E. N it'll get you right there very easy.Its like a miniature airport for a bus.Also there's Security guards there as well.But there's no guards down where the buses are.At night it can get cold,so bring a jumper I recommended.
This is quite a safe, clean station. Unlike other bus stations like Morley especially on Sundays when there are no security guards, there never seems to be many aggressive people looking for trouble. Probably my favorite bus station in Perth. I never use it at night, so I don't know what it is like then.
Vivid display of buses time tables. Spacious wait area and plenty of food vendors.
I think walk about 7-10mjns from Elizabeth Quay, clearly instructions to there, exit the train station, up elevator in the left hand side, just follow people.An air conditioner, food and drink in waiting room that’s good waiting for a bus in hot or cold weather. An express hair cut within which is cheap. A customer service , a few public telephone and clean toilets
You need to get used to the layout of the bus station. Once you get it is easy to walk around and go to the bus stop you are looking for. However local personnel is friendly and helpful if needed. There is a good number of bars and Cafes in the common area. Food is average... On average mainly Asian cousine.
Very handy transfer terminal from a bus to bus. It’s undercoved, with security staff, lifts and a plenty spaces to sit. Also there are a parenting room and a Transperth information centre on the upper level. However, just please be aware that sometimes it is much easier or closer to transfer buses at a bus port near Yagan Square or bus stops on William Street as we need to go up to the concourse and go down to the another bus stop. Especially people with a pram, kids or disabilities, it’s much easier to walk on a flat surface at the bus port near Yagan Square or the bus stand on William street and also it’s much time-saving without taking lifts so you won’t miss a bus to catch.

There's a friendly officer ready to help in case you don’t know which stand is supposed to be.
Went to Ed sheeran concert and was very very impressed with the bus service . Straight on to the bus from Elizabeth quay and straight to Optus stadium . Smooth flow from busses to stadium and home again. with the busses nose to tail and ready to go . The sheets that where handed out showing the sections and were to go at the start of the night where really helpful . With the hoard of ppl. Exiting all at once we picked up our car back at the convention center were home in less than and hour . thank you for a great service on Saturday night.
