A large train station that is well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful with directions. Lifts were working and it was easy to catch a train here and also walk out to the cultural centre.
Absolutely loved it!! Perfect in almost every way, far cleaner and more organised than any other Australian city that I've been to.nGreat access to bicycles around the place, great views and magnificent scenery.nPlenty of space and more elbow room than I've experienced. Quite a surprise actually.nMy only concern is a worry that I hold in every city in Australia.nLegal standards that seem to somehow enable the very behaviour that is claimed to limit. Just being honest.nBut despite this, Perth is the cleanest and most pleasant city that I've been to this far and lovely clean and well maintained parks and gardens.nA credit to local councils and supporting agencies.
The Perth Central train station in Wellington St has now installed a new Female & Male toilet just after entry into station on the Left side. So glad they have done that because it will be be useful for old retirees ourselves. Let’s hope they maintain it well. Thank you
Staff available at entrance gate helping with tourists buying tickets. Clear signage in the station. Clean platforms and trains. On time arrivals and departures.
Perth is great city. Nice public art work around the place. Good coffee shop in Plaza Arcade. Also great small camera shop there
