It’s efficient, comfortable, and works well for daily travel.

I had an eight month stay in Perth in 2019 and oh dear how I miss this place.nUnlike many others I love spiders but unfortunately I only had a handful of encounters with australian spiders of which some looked extraorsinary beautiful nAnyway, I will definitely be back to explore more of the continent.
Absolutely loved it!! Perfect in almost every way, far cleaner and more organised than any other Australian city that I've been to.nGreat access to bicycles around the place, great views and magnificent scenery.nPlenty of space and more elbow room than I've experienced. Quite a surprise actually.nMy only concern is a worry that I hold in every city in Australia.nLegal standards that seem to somehow enable the very behaviour that is claimed to limit. Just being honest.nBut despite this, Perth is the cleanest and most pleasant city that I've been to this far and lovely clean and well maintained parks and gardens.nA credit to local councils and supporting agencies.
Perth Railway Station old above-ground platforms was always a straightforward and well-organised station. It was clean, easy to navigate, and had excellent visibility across all platforms—you could see trains arriving and departing from almost anywhere. That openness made connections simple and gave the place a sense of activity and awareness that’s quite different from today’s underground layout.
