COMPAINT! Order #838083  I ordered 7 skateboards which were on sale on the SDS website. I receive my delivery and 5 of the 7 were the wrong size! How SDS can ship 5 incorrect board sizes is beyond me - the incorrect sizes that were sent aren't even listed on the sds web site. I call SDS and get a return label. I send them back the same day and asked to resend the correct boards. I never asked for an exchange or refund, I requested a simple replacement of the correct items I ordered. I'm told via email by Mackenzie that SDS will refund me and can issue as 40% discount and I'll need to reorder. The 40% discount doesn't cover the original sale price, or the shipping. I call for the fourth time to explain this to customer service, and Mackenzie, back and forth over emails. Mackenzie advises that I would have to pay more money to re-order the same products and that I would then be refunded the difference. After losing faith in SDS's extremely poor customer service and zero % empathy the whole way through, I explained this is totally unacceptable and asked for her to just resend the correct boards to complete the original order. Mackenzie said "No, we cannot do that and we have given youme a solution".  I mention "customers rights" and refer the DoFT. I then ask Mackenzie who her superior manager was and their contact email. Mackenzie then states she didn't like the way I was talking to her and hung up on me. Keep in mind I never cursed or raised my voice.  God, I hope your calls are recorded! The disgusting levels of customer service is truly dismal. Not only does Surf dive and ski send out incorrect orders, they cannot fix their own stuff ups, never lone show any empathy or inconvenience caused!!!

Service at the store was good. Need to sort out gift cards, cant use online then spent $90 in store and instead of change gave me it back on the card.

Went to Sunshine Plaza store today needing to exchange an item, the manager Telia was so helpful and organised my exchange.  All the staff were friendly and happy to help.  My sincere thanks for a fantastic customer service experience.

Your website barely loads and is extremely slow. I've experienced this issue for quite awhile now. Thought it would've been fixed.
