I highly recommend Costumes on the Coast. The lovely Owner has spent many years building such a vast array of costumes, personally handmade and purchased to provide for every occasion. Any negative reviews are probably more of a reflection of the customer than the business. I had so many compliments with my bumble bee costume
Walked in.. no acknowledgement I was in the shop at all. This lady has ZERO customer service skills. Wouldn't bother going here! First impressions are everything. If you can't greet your customer as they walk in your shop , you shouldn't be running a business. It's simple respect. Rude !
I came in recently, enquiring about a Joker outfit. The young lady working there was very kind in her service, however the owner was a different story. Upon taking over the conversation by talking over the young lady she was short, rude and uninterested with her responses to my questions. After giving the woman a phone call to confirm about the costume after my visit in in the shop, she was awfully rude on the phone and I instantly retracted my decision on renting anything from this business. Also, as I have been reading the previous reviews, there seems to be a common trend with this woman. I highly suggest changing your attitude if want any form of revenue. I’d just quit, you look like you hate it there honey
Huge selection of costumes. Very good quality & excellent, efficient service. This is my second hire from here. Highly recommend.
Terrible service. Owner extremely rude. Very expensive! Shop closed Monday and Tuesday went to return items the next day and charged me late fees! Wouldn’t bother going to this place.
