Adore this store. Absolutely lovely service, and everytime I find a gem. I live further south in Cabarita now, but when I come up to Burleigh I try and pop in for a browse. Clothing is good quality, dresses last and last, and very unique and on trend styles. Highly recommend.
No customer service! For a boutique I would’ve expected a lot more! Walked into the shop, browsed around for five minutes without even being acknowledged by two staff members chatting amongst themselves at the counter. There were no other customers at the time. Chose a dress to try on. Walked towards the change rooms and was only then asked if I was ok! Once in the change room I pretty much had to fend for myself when I needed a different size in the dress I was trying on - staff members still chatting amongst themselves - had to walk out onto the shop floor to obtain a different size, still wearing the dress I was trying on as I had no choice-no one was paying attention to me at all . Do I need to ask for help in a non busy boutique with two staff members working? Should I have interrupted their chat? I decided I didn’t like the dress or the shop. I left the unwanted garments on the unattended counter and proceeded to walk out. Only then as I was leaving the “boutique” was I asked if I had had “any luck”. I was willing to spend up to $100 there today! No wonder everyone shops online! You need to lift your game Lily’s! Very disappointed! I won’t be back!
I LOVE LILLY'S. The best on trend clothing for all occassions. And with new stock arriving weekly the choices are amazing. The owner Jo is a lovely lady willing to help with a special outfit. My partner and I have recently moved to Burleigh heads from victoria and Jo has been very helpful with getting our massage business name out there. Willo and Kaz.
Great shop for the ladies.
