Very happy with my meal, though the steak that my child received was nearly inedible due to the about of day on it.
Service 7/10, taste of food 8/10, presentation 7/10 only because the plate was chipped and the breadboard broken. Coffee 3/10.

Pizza wasnt too bad, got it take away and the base was soft. Had to pay $3.50 for anchovies n only had 4 on the whole pizza. Also the garlic bread was just a small pizza base with some garlic butter on it and wasnt very nice, could barely taste the garlic if they even had any on it. Service was average, they didnt really seem to know what they were talking about.
Worst we had ever experienced. Walked in for breakfast and no staff in sight to welcome or give us a menu. The cashier was also the waitress and she was walking around in a dream. Ordered and waited half an hour then let them know we were going to miss our flight if we didn't get our coffee and meal. The waitress went away and came back empty handed letting us know the meals were being plated. We finally got our coffee and it was cold. Waited another quarter of an hour with still no meal and tried to get our money back but the line at the till meant we couldn't get service. We had no choice, we had to leave with no breakfast and no refund. As we left we could see our meals sitting on the servery behind the counter.
This restaurant is well worth a visit, and servers there were very kind, food was nice
Great food at reasonable price.
Quality of food was dry & not moist at all. I ordered the mixed grill. The meat was dry. The mayonnaise was liquid. My husband ordered the steak medium. It came out very well done. We tried to change the pizza order as soon as we had ordered it. We wanted a prawn topping, the person taking the order suggested to my husband not to order prawn that he should order the chicken pizza. It was literally after five minutes of ordering. The said it was already in the oven being cooked, so too late. Then suggested I purchase the additional topping that my husband had originally asked for the pizzaprawn but we would have to pay an additional $5.90. We waited over 50 minutes for our meals to arrive. Terrible!!! So does pizza take 50 minutes to cook? It was our first and last time we will go to Caffe Suprimo...more Caffe crappo!!!
Great location. Ordering and paying upfront is good for groups. Service quick and friendly. Very happy with the burger I ordered and the sides of garlic bread with rosemary and chips were good. I'd come back again.
Top secret cafe really a restaurant in Cairns. My favourite! Always good service and easily best value for money meals in the whole of Cairns, funny considering all the highly pricey places around it. Always quiet, good beers on tap... thumbs up
