This place was terrible, not only did they forget they had scheduled our clean and had to come a day later, they notified us 2 days before needing to hand our keys back that their steam cleaner was broken. We had to schedule a separate steam cleaner company which was going to cost us $50 more than the original quoted price. I got the owner to discount $20 after a series of text messages where she seemed annoyed that I was blaming her for not being able to get our carpets steam cleaned, saying that it was enough that she had given us the number of another company we could go through (we got lucky that they were able to squeeze us in). Then the cleaners came and did additional cleaning that wasn't requested and asked us to pay that. Total cost quoted for them to clean and steam clean was $375 and we've ended up paying $430 with a bunch of stuffing around. If you want moving out to be easy. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS

Used Superior Bond Cleaning to clean our house at the end of our lease. Great job. We received our full bond refund. Will definitely use them again. Thanks team!

I hired Superior Bond Cleaning to do my end of lease clean with a carpet steam clean in May and I could not be happier with their service. From very first contact the services and price was made clear and upfront. I especially appreciated that they sent through an email after booking it in with a confirmation of the services I would get. On the day the cleaner was running late but he let me know BEFORE the agreed time so I really appreciated that. Nothing worse than waiting for someone with no acknowledgement that they are running late! When he got there he was quick to get to it. He did such a great job! Everything was cleaned thoroughly and to a high standard. Bond back in full so thank you, Superior Bond Cleaning!

I had our town house cleaned recently by Superior Bond Cleaning and was delighted with it. It wasn't an easy job as the house was quite old but they were very thorough and professional with the work. The kitchen was amazing and the oven and cooker came up much better than expected. Totally worth the money and I got my bond back immediately which was just great. Would highly recommend spending the money and getting the job done properly.
