These guys are great - I had Vic come over and do the carpet steam clean at my place. He was professional, friendly, did a great job at removing even the toughest of stains, and most important of all, he agreed the fee with me right from the start without any hidden fees/costs. You pay what you get!

Jena's is very quick to respond when we called on Saturday night with an urgent request to have our carpet dried from flooding. They came the first thing in the morning on Sunday. We are very happy with their service and would recommend.
