"Bayside Dry Cleaners is a family owned business and has been providing professional dry cleaning services with four convenient locations in Black Rock, East Bentleigh, East Melbourne and Patterson Lakes for almost 20 Years. Our dry cleaners have been fully trained and accredited by RMIT University with certificates 1,2 and 3. We are current financial members of the DIA Dry Cleaning Institute of Australia and also the DLI Dry Cleaning and Laundry Institute. We are committed to excellence in quality and customer service. I would not recommend this dry cleaners for anyone looking to have designer or vintage clothing taken care of. My designer blazer was damaged from being ironed at a very high heat leaving shiny iron marks all over the blazer leaving the jacket looking dirty. I have tried to remove these lines with no success, inner seam lines have transferred shiny lines on the outside fabric. The fabric has stiffened especially the lapels and sadly the jacket doesn't sit as it use to and the lapels no longer match. The hooks were damaged in the dry cleaning process and the staff did assist in fixing this and I am grateful for that however I will not use this service again.

Needed my number put on my footy guernsey and the team at Bayside were fantastic. Would recommend for sure!
