DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They are complete scam artists. This is the worst service I've ever experienced in my life, bar none. They quoted $380 for end of lease cleaning + carpet cleaning. They ended up charging $480 since the carpets were bigger than expected. When they were "finished" I inspected the property to find the front door open, cleaning products left behind, and a barely cleaned house. There was still massive amounts of dust on skirting boards for god's sake. When I asked them (3 days in a row) to come back and finish the job and get their stuff, they only returned on the final day to pick up their products. They did not finish the job. My property manager spent a week trying to get them to come back and finish it off, they never did. She also had another company inspect the carpets to find that THEY DIDN'T EVEN STEAM CLEAN THEM. They charged an extra $100 and didn't even do the job. Utter criminals. I'm still fighting with them to get a refund as I had to pay for another company to come and finish the job. They offered $160 refund, most of which was used to pay the other company! Not to mention this was just for the steam cleaning, which they charged $260 for. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

On time, professional and fixed the problem.Clean and the price is competitive. Also office sends out invoices with agreed pricing and a follow up text committing to their schedule. Thumbs up.
