If you could give them a negative I would. I used them years ago when living in Fitzroy and they weren’t the best then only convenient. 10 yrs later nothing has changed. Except the fact that their customer service is even worse if that’s even possible 🤯

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER. They are incompetent and dishonest. My item was returned to me with new stains which they pretended had always been there.

If you want a new and shiny dry cleaner with glossy modern service, avoid this place.

If you want in/out prompt service, quick turn around, reasonable prices and well cleaned garments then this is your place.

Terrible!! waste of money. None of basic dirt stains came out and the owner refused to do a re-do. one of dresses had additional marks too. The owner did not care at all- just looked at my chest and giggled. Horrible experience!!

Will never go back. So rude and tried to lock me in the shop for not signing for their book after yelling at me. Horrible!
