When I walked into the shop for my haircut, she was like it’s my launch time now, we only take appointments and we are waiting for customers. There was no one else in the shop, she was just doing nothing. Very rude and zero customer service.

I suggest the person who answered the phone this afternoon learns how to speak to potential clients she was very rude with her phone manner when I asked a simple question ended the call with a CYA and hung up. You lost my business Without clients you have no work without work you have no money.
