I was really worried after reading the other reviews. However I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Great care was taken and the team were polite and very attentive.

Appalling! I went in on Boxing Day for a gel manicure. It was easily the worst manicure I have ever had. The gel they weere using was contaminated with red glitter left over from Christmas, it was all through the bottle and consequently all through my french gel nails. I complained nicely and they could not have cared less. They also said it was my bad luck because they didn't have a non contaminated bottle of gel in the entire store with which to complete my manicure. I really should have walked out but I had a half a manicure. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. The resulting job is so thick that it looks like I have frog fingers with giant pads on the end. Helen Keller could easily have done a better job. They should be closed down.

THE WORST SET OF NAILS I HAVE EVER HAD!! I’ve been getting acrylic nails for a really long time and can honestly say that the work here is probably the worst I’ve seen. The lady that applied the acrylic, didn’t listen to a word I would say and would get cranky and throw her hands around when I would try to tell her that I wanted them filed a different way, which was totally unprofessional and left me feeling uncomfortable to tell her the remainder of the time just how bad her work was. Not one nail was the same. All different shapes and sizes and she couldn’t file to save herself. The acrylic wasn’t evened out and each fingernail looked strange and oddly shaped - some thick and some thick at the end and thin at the nail bed. When I went to the counter and explained I wasn’t happy and would like a refund they told me no and they would “fix” them which meant a whole new set...which I didn’t have time for. They wouldn’t even offer a discount or admit that the nails were badly done. They also had a sign and were accepting cash only; clearly in an attempt to evade tax while the rest of us have to pay!! Don’t waste your money and if youre looking for a decent nail place in this area go to Gold Class Nails at Brookwater beside Woolworths. They fixed them for me and their service is impeccable.

The nails look amazing and the staff are nice. But some of my nails are crooked and they where badly shaped. The lady was nice but did a rush job.

If i could rate -5 stars I would. The service there is absolutely appalling. My sister and I went here and we were charged EXTRA over the $55 we were paying for long nails, colour, style, and matte. My sister wasn't happy with her length the lady cut without asking, she then proceeded to tell my Sister it's too late she's already cut them, and she's too busy to take them off for her. After my sister asked to have them longer she rolled her eyes and proceeded to talk about my sister in Another language, soon all the workers turned around and looked at my sister. We were then rushed to the massage chair where we were told we had to pay extra for the massage while getting our feet done. We only wanted our feet painted so we had to sit on the floor to get our feet done. By the end of this we were charged $220 when we only came for our nails done and our feet painted. They were extremely rude when we told them we weren't happy with what we had, poor service. DO NOT RECOMMEND
