Just want to thank the wonderful ladies at Springfield. I come here from the Northside of Brisbane once a month for my treatments. They are the friendliest and most welcoming people I have met, with excellent service and professionalism. A special thanks to my therapist Angela who makes all my appointments enjoyable and filled with laughter.

Worst eye brow waxing ever! Don't look any different. Walked in there hoping to feel better about myself and left in tears. Put makeup on me and cream befoe showing me what my eyes looked like. So disappointed.

I have called the Springfield branch i think this is my 3rd time over the past year and every time no one answers and just tells me to leave a message and someone will get back to me, just for a small enquiry, instantly loose me as a customer, need to get it together guys you need to be a little more on top of customer service, I've ended up spending a few thousand and anti wrinkle because you's can't answer your phones

The girls at BB Springfield are fantastic! Nothing but friendly and accomodating!! Always happy with my treatment and am forever getting compliments on my great brows that Mel makes sure I leave with! 😄
