The wax was fine, but I was really disappointed that I had booked with a certain staff member and that was changed without me being notified. Due to the staff member I had booked with not being available on the weekend, I booked on an afternoon which required me to drive 45 minutes after work to get there. If I had known that they were just going to give me someone else, I would not have bothered.Service:&nbsp;Waxing

Have always found all the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful at Ella Bache Springfield. I usually see Julie, who is incredibly warm and friendly, an eyebrow queen and she also gives an amazing facial - I highly recommend.

Staff were lovely and professional. But I broke out in a really bad rash on my face after the appointment.

The henna eyebrow treatment wasn't great. The ink went well above my eyebrows and made them incredibly uneven. I had no reply when asked for my feedback with attached photos.

I had a facial but they added on treatments dusing the facial without telling me the extra cost until I got to the register. I felt this was dishonest. It wasnt upfront. This makes me not want to go back.

Dropped in at 5pm yesterday for an eyebrow wax, I do realize close of business was at 5.30pm.  4-5 staff standing around the front counter..  As soon as I walked in and asked for an eyebrow wax they all disappeared but one, the receptionist I guess?  Saying I could make an appointment tomorrow..  Myself being self employed and owning many salons.. I would be horrified if I was paying staff to stand around and do nothing for half an hour and knock back work.. Even if it was only an eyebrow wax..  Well you missed out on my money and it went to another salon in orion…

Such a lovely salon, such a calming experience getting a facial here with the soothing music and relaxing massage. Have gotten a signature facial and microdermabrasion from here, both were really relaxing, about 1hr long each, staff goes through and gives you information about your skin as well as advice on how to take care of your skin at home. The micro isn’t rough and doesn’t leave you red when you’re leaving, it was a 2 step microdermabrasion, can’t remember the first one, maybe a flower or fruit seed, second was the diamond head. Immediate results - will definitely continue coming once a month.
