This salon seems to have gotten worse over time. The salon appeared to be heavily over-booked to the point that I wasn't able to use the basin for a shampoo and condition prior to having my hair cut. I had already waited 20 mins after my appointment was due to start before somebody was able to assist me and then told it would be longer before any sink would be free. Ridiculous. I caved and just decided to go for a dry cut as recommended by the hairdresser. Horrible idea. My hair was left incredibly uneven and hardly cut. A week later it looks like a mop and I paid for a full style cut. I'll be going elsewhere after this experience and would highly recommend others think twice before going here.

Had my hair re done today by the beautiful Rachel as was in a couple of days ago and asked another nice girl some advice on options to achieve the results that Rachel has given me today which weren't achieved on my first visit. After spending a large amount of money you expect that when you ask for a professional opinion and advice that you can be guided to making the right choices to get the right results. Also this has caused unnecessary stress today that almost sent me for a ambulance ride due to chest pains just again Rachel had good care of the the situation till my hubby arrived and finished repairing my hair. Thank you again Rachel you are now my number 1 hairdresser from now on for listening and doing what I asked I the first place🏅🏅🏆🏆👍👍😍😍

Came in wanting a trim just to get my dead ends off, I was told the wait would be 10-15 minutes.. I ended up waiting an hour for a 10 minute haircut. My cut was good, nothing special just a trim so can’t comment too much on the quality of the cuts.

I attended this salon last week, to have the lady be to busy talking to pay attention to what she was doing, she didn’t ask how much I wanted taken off my hair just started cutting. I came home to realise it’s completely uneven and way shorter than I wanted. She was so rushed and like she just wanted me out of there blow drying my hair before being shown the cut to see if I wanted any more taken off or changed. The communication was just overall rediculious ! So unhappy with the results. Giving one star because you can’t give NONE

I've used this salon branch several times and never found the service or staff anything to recommend however; they're convenient, can do a decent job and charge adequately... or so I thought. I had a lovely lady look after me but between hair clumped in a sink I was told to use, and an environment that feels grungy! The last straw was being overcharged. The length of my hair was to the higher middle of my back (if that) and from being quoted $35 plus the blow dry - I was then charged at the counter $90!! For a cut and blow dry! I was in such shock. I just stared at the eftpos machine, paid it and left. This is a low budget salon and if they're going to charge $90 for a cut and blow dry then I'll at least be choosing a salon where their scissors are sharp!, the sink which I'm being told to sit back into hasn't still got clumps of hair in it or a salon which doesn't feel dirty. I've been told I should've definitely questioned it but I also believe they would've just used the old "your hair is long" or "it's fine but there's lots of it" which I noticed she said during the cut but I still just can't see how we got to $90 at that quality of salon. My hair is also fine, was last cut a few months back and is, as I said, only to the higher half of my back (if that). After this most recent visit, I've decided that this was my last time using Supercuts at Riverlink.
