Sunset Top Tourist Park is conveniently located close to town centre, shops and cafes of the bustling town of Mount Isa. The park is shaded by mature African Mahogany trees. The salt water pool will provide hours of entertainment while the kids enjoy the play equipment, there is even a place for the dog. The camp kitchen is the place where all the action is, with well maintained amenities and BBQ's which are gas fuelled and free to use. If you feel like a night off from cooking then town is just a twenty minute sunset walk away. Choose from Villas, Cabins, Bungalows, Units, Studios, Powered sites and Camp sites.

Good little park. A good mix of big and small site with a mix of shady, open to the sun,  with grass, dirt or concrete pads.

The shower block is old but clean and seems to be well looked after and had hot water.

The park manger/ owner is a good bloke helpful and easy to work with.

Good well set out camp kitchen with 2 free hot plate gas BBQ and tables.

About a 1km walk to main street and easy drive to the local sites.

You will see a few reviews talking about dogs barking all night....  Yes, the dogs from the house around the CP were having a word to say but we did not think it was as bad as  some of the reviews talked about. This is after all out if the parks control.

Very friendly. New Management - Old park undergoing renovation and TLC. Best shower pressure we have come across. Accommodated late checkout. Pet friendly. Highly recommend

This is first time we have stayed here. We are very happy with the park. The owner very friendly asked us today if we were happy. The amminaties  are a bit old but very clean & the water pressure in showers is amazing. Will definitely come back for sure. Our site is quite large & only a short walk to town.

Well at 1.15am on the 9th 2017 we were robbed a very young aboriginal boy came into our van while we were asleep he woke us up only to knock me down onto the bed and excape he stole money and jewelry. The police are looking into it people in the park have had this problem for a long time even the owner informed  me after we payed for two days  to make sure you have every thing secure so he knew of the situation but what can you do we just didn't think anyone would come into the van so if you are going to stay in Mt Isa c-van parks be aware.
