Great choice for us. The rooms are ideal. Stayed for 3 days. All facilities . We ate out. Good restaurants in town. Helpful staff. Cover for car. Close to town. Loved Mt Isa. Great weather. Friendly locals. Felt safe and welcomed. Fabulous mine museum with amazing history and displays about the founding fathers, rodeo and 100 plus years of mining. Enjoyed conversing with first nations locals and meeting so many with jobs in town as well as international young people doing their remote placements.
Greta little country motel, spent about a quarter of a year living out of their rooms. Nice and clean, owners are lovely with country hospitality.
Enjoyed my stay here i definitely look forward to returning again!!
Spacious and comfortable apartment. Great location. Well maintained. John and Kathy were excellent hosts. Friendly and professional. Chatted to us and gave us a few tips. Made a huge difference to our stay. Highlight was the lovely breakfast cooked by their daughter.
