I like the option to be able to book an appointment. However, I hadn't been to this doctor for several weeks and booked an appointment to get a script for my conception pill. That's it. I arrived and was told they private bill on Saturday's and it cost $70. This is ridiculous if you ask me. Why is it that they bulk bill during the week but not Saturday? Needless to say I said that's ridiculous and said I don't want my appointment and rebooted for during the week. I can understand if it was a full on appointment but I literally just wanted to get my pill script. Very disappointed.

The doctors and the staff here are amazing. Have been seeing Dr. Amod and Dr. Padarath for years. Some of the best doctors I’ve ever had the honour of meeting.

We took our baby to see Dr, he quickly checked his ears and mouth, and said it was ear infection and gave him antibiotics, but the rest of the day, my baby didnot get better and refused any drinks and food, we had to take him to hospital, the doctor checked his ears and said nothing wrong with his ears, he cried so much and refused bottles was because he got throat infection! He suggested us no to give him antibiotics, and gave us other suggestions about how to settle him which really helpful. Next day we took him to see another gp , also this doctor checked his ears and throat, and said he could see his throat was red but ears fine. Can’t believe Dr Yusuf got so wrong! Will never go there anymore

Im a severe asthmatic and suffering with a very bad flu, sore tight lungs and chest, having difficulty breathing.. painful throat and just to cough almost kills me.. haven't had sleep in days.. went to see a doctor and the only one available was this Dr Lauren Wilson unfortunately.. she refused to give me anything.. I asked for antibiotics she flat out said no.. I asked for cortisone so i could get some relief with breathing.. she said flat out no again.. and told me to go home and take a asthma spray.. im 46yrs old so when i say i need something like antibiotics or cortisone she really needs to take people such as myself and others that suffer with severe asthma more serious or get out of this profession.. She is putting peoples lives at risk. Its not like i was asking for some kind of serious drugs.. all i wanted was something for my flu and chest infection.. never will i go back there to this doctor again.. BEWARE !!!

Some staff are good but some are arrogant and try to become dr over the phone even they don’t allow you to speak with your de over the phone if you need any help in emergency.
