I’ve been visiting this general practice for more than 5 years now and have been seeing Dr Iris Ting as my go to GP. Although wait times are longer than anticipated, I do appreciate Dr Ting’s care, her kindness and time taken to really listen and explain things clearly. I have continued to see Dr Iris Ting throughout my pregnancy and now with my newborn. I know I am in great hands and can ask her about all my concerns with Bub.nWhen my son had some issues with his skin, she was away so I saw 3 other doctors in other areas, however found that they just brushed off his skin as “newborn” skin and couldn’t do anything about it which made me feel very disappointed and helpless. I finally ended up going to Dr Lily Chai who finally suggested options and took the time to listen to my concerns such as changing his formula. Just this small suggestion made mine and my son’s life so much better! His skin was clearer than ever. I couldn’t thank her enough for helping me out. I highly recommend going to Dr Lily Chai as well as Dr Iris Ting!
Absolutely not recommended.nBooking an appointment takes forever.nnLast time, I specifically confirmed multiple times whether I could switch doctors, and they said yes because the original doctor was fully booked.nnThey also messed up my appointment time. I was given one time over the phone, but when I arrived, they insisted it was a different time. I even reconfirmed on the spot, yet they still refused to admit their mistake—without a single apology. They denied ever calling me, but if that were true, how would I have known my appointment was changed from next Saturday to Friday?nnAnother time, after waiting for over 30 minutes at the clinic, they suddenly told me it wasn’t possible anymore.nnOn top of that, they claimed I missed my last appointment. I don’t see how that has anything to do with this visit, yet they used it as a reason to refuse my appointment.nnI came all the way from the city, wasting my time and fuel. Can you at least manage your scheduling properly?nDo not choose Lilychai.
Dr Rakesh is doing excellent job. I have tried many doctors no one cured the eczema but when we visited him my son is completely fine with all skin issues and we are regularly visiting. We are-very happy with the service. During my last visit i was impatient did a negative review about waiting time which i removed now. but now i want to apologise because i should have to understand sometime emergencies comes out. Highly recommend to everyone this clinic because regardless of anything they look after you very well.
