Went to several doctors with multiple symptoms and none had a clue. Don't make the mistake of suggesting what your condition might be. Many doctors ignore the symptoms and concentrate on proving you wrong. Turns out, I was right, but didn't find out until I went to this establishment. They are professional and thorough, and my Doctor, Bruce Chadfield, really wants to find out what is wrong with you. I was very angry with the treatment I received from some other doctors before I went here. Even though Bruce sent me for ultrasounds and CT scans, he found out what it was with a simple blood test. Now I get an injection every 8 weeks and I'm good. Huge difference between a good professional and a less than good one.

Went in today (19/12/17) to collect a script for my mother who is a regular patient of this practice, nothing unusual i do this most fortnights but today for some reason the receptionist (Mary) was on a call with someone who just didn't seem to want to accept that she couldn't give them a new appointment. The conversation went on, & on, & on & given that she knows me, i had called earlier to confirm that the script was ready (because with kids in tow time is everything)....i would have thought that to ask the caller to please hold for the 10 seconds that it took to get me the script, that was on the desk almost right in front of her, would have seen me on my way but instead, after approx 5-7 minutes waiting(no other staff on the desk but obviously out the back because once the call was over what did the receptionist do??? Not attend to me that's for sure....she hangs up, & goes out the back to talk with the person (who whether on a break or not should be helping) & they begin to discuss the call & how difficult the person was.....HELLO, am i invisible here....finally she comes out, & not 10 seconds later one pissed off customer walks out the door & carries on with my afternoon...oh Mary..sorry i wasn't my usual pleasant self & thank you for your effort...have a great holiday... which i overheard her talking about instead of doing her job.

Brilliant. I'm not going to lie wait times are sometimes abysmal, but honestly I'd rather wait in this centre for an hour then anywhere else. The care you get from Dr Bruce Chadfield and his team of professionals is amazing and without them my life would not be improving. Thank you from our whole family. We love you guys

On many occasions now Dr Bruce Chadfield, Dr Robyn Coulson and Dr Jay Patel have helped resolve outstanding health issues. I know there are a lot of times where staff are running late. But I always get the time I need to resolve my issues. I couldn't be happier to recommend these doctors and the clinic and what they all work towards.
