Very helpful staff. I was able to get in at short notice on a Sunday despite my mistake and mix-up with appointments. The Doctor I saw was very good, very knowledgeable, wanting to help me as much as possible despite little medical history or information. Solved my problem without compromising important medical standards. Caring, professional team, with integrity. I highly recommend this practice.

The GP Jennifer is the worst person I've met ever. She is rude, racist and does not respect her customers. On Sunday 4th of Sep I've booked time for my daughter at 12pm, when I came I found 3 people waiting front of me, but because I have to collect my kids at 12:45, I changed my daughter booking to 1:20 and I added my self to be examined as well. I came on 1:23pm I found 3 people front of us again, I said that is still ok, when our time came dr Jennifer came to me and said that I have 10 mins for me and my daughter (5mins each) because they need to shot down at 1:30, when the time was 1:50 already, then I asked her how can she adjust the time for us in advance, is that allowed by the Law, and I said that I can not trust that she will treat us properly in that time, she said that I am waisting the time and asked me to enter the room, off course I refused that approach and I cancelled the appointments because she gave her Chinese customers front of us more than that time, unfortunately, she just interested in putting the charge fees in her bucket. The staff manager her name I think Ashta is nice person, but when comes to my experience with Jennifer made me really disgusted.

Dr Ghazaleh Ranjbar is the worst doctor I have ever been to. She is incredibly rude and uncommunicative. I highly recommend you avoid her at all. Other doctors at this service might be alright and the ladies at reception are very kind, but it is definitely not worth the risk of seeing Dr Ranjbar. Dr Google would do a better job than she does. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
