Could not run a distribution business if their lives depended on it. Useless customer service staff that have been trained appallingly and sound like they have zero experience in the job that they are mean to do. The company and its parent are due to suffer a massive hit on the stockmarket as they are unable to source products that other distributors have had for weeks. I give this company one star because there is no zero star option.
Very poor warehouse service. Forklift driver stands and talks to drivers while other waiting to do the delivery very unacceptable I have other delivery to do. No respect for others time or what so ever. Their delivery policy is one truck at a time doesn't mean you spend another 15min chating and not let others in to do the delivery.
