I travel from Greenslopes but it's worth the trip! They really take the time to understand their patients and are quite sincere. I have been going there for years now and typically book my appointments with Dr Elmera. That being said I have had a consult with each doctor at least once and always have a pleasant and productive experience. I recommend every doctor at this practice. Thank you for taking care of us!!!
I went to the star medical centre with my friend and I asked them a few times the receptionist said yes affirmative action and the flow vaccine is free don't worry about it there is no charge, unfortunately, a week later they send me a very interesting invoice to pay, they don't care about the patient be careful with this
Today I went to start medical booked appointment for 10 am someone itself said I have appointment at 10:15 and receptionist wasn’t aware about her appointment at all. and Dr. Elmera come out and called her get her before me. And other things to bring for safety no one was following social distancing and I saw pathology staff was dealing with patients in her own language I didn’t understand and everyone for blood test was waiting for her.
It was my first time I visited there , doctors and practice manager super helpful , highly recommended this place to everyone .
Very kind doctors who go above and beyond. Always very helpful, very rare to see these days.
Today may appoint 3pm for vacation but I waiting to 3:40 pm I am very angry I tell Reservation but she's tell me just waitin
