I went in to see the doctor. The service at front end was very poor. The front office booked me in and few patients who came behind jumped the queue. I had been waiting for more than 2 hrs, it was not right and when it was reported to the center management nothing came out and they said it’s up to the doctors to pick the patients. The answers seem to be made up at the moment, hope the management looks into it and provide a proper solution and do the right thing. Been here few times it’s getting worse by the day.

Call about emergency dental. Use prompts and wait on the phone for 10 minutes to endless loops of "we will be with you shortly" broken up periodically with services they can on-sell you only for tue line to finally pickup and say they are closed. Good work

Absoloutly ridiculous. Doctors have no idea what they are doing. They don't even know how to sign a health check for work. Extremely rude and a waste of time

Waited over 2 hours to find out they lost my name in the line. When seen was told they wouldn’t be able to help me because hey didn’t have the equipment. Nurse was incompetent and very rude! Would not recommend

Waiting times are atrocious. Maybe only 1 good doctor on staff. Outdated procedures. Just had the meanest most horrible nurse for a dressing change with terrible bedside manner. Will never be going back. Disgusting practice. I wish my normal clinics nurse wasn't away sick today. I bet my wound healing time has been extended due to their incompetence. Will find out on Monday how much of a mess they have made. They barely cleaned the wound before redressing it. That nurse was absolutely horrible. If you hate patients so much get out of the medical field.
