Disappointing. I loved the colour and everyone was nice. However, I had three different people doing my nails. It took a very long time for a manicure, and by the end my nails were very short to the point it actually feels uncomfortable. They were also not the shape I asked for. Still got charged full price.
Update *** they did call me and text, and offered to grind them down and make them thinner. They said they make them thicker so that they will last longer. That’s not been my personal experience, if anything the thicker they are the more likely they are to chip off. I don’t believe I have the time to go back and get them fixed but I appreciate them reaching out.** The employees were not friendly. The sns manicure I received is extremely thick. And not clean whatsoever. Extra paint all over. The employees were openly laughing at a customer who was nodding off during their manicure. I will not be back.
The ladies here are fabulous. They're quick and efficient while doing a fabulous job. I've been in for SNS, shellac, and nail repairs and always leave content. Like any place you have to respect that they can be juggling multiple clients but that doesn't mean they will not do their best. They are my go to place in Collingwood.Services: Manicure
This is quite possibly one of the worst salons I have been to, and they have absolutely destroyed my natural nail. I had informed them I needed to be out by a certain time. They were 15 minutes late, then told me it would be an additional 15 minutes to add the chrome polish. They ended up being 30 minutes over when I needed to be out by. This was due to the manager not meeting expectations. The person who did my nails was so rough, it was almost as if she forgot a human was attached to the hands she was working on. Multiple times she yanked my hands. I had also had a broken natural nail which needed fixing but she kept forgetting and filing it down and damaging it further. At one point I had three workers on my hands to get me out at the time they said which was uncomfortable. 16 hours later, the next day, the nail which was on the finger which needed the most care, snapped right off, an hour before the event these were meant to be for. Throughout the next week 4 other nails snapped, causing the natural nails underneath to bleed. I will never be going there again.
The lady who did my manicure and pedicure was very thorough and efficient. The salon was hygienic and I love their massage chairs. The only downside is they only accepted cash albeit with a 10%discount on the day I went there.Services: Manicure
The eyelash extensions here are wonderful. They finish sets promptly and I find them durable, lasting around three weeks. I specifically ask for a cat eye, and a little bit thick on the ends. The pricing for lashes here are also quite affordable compared to most places, especially the refill price!Service: Eyelash extensions
Nice, quick and friendly service. Quyen usually does my nails and I find her attentive and always smiling. I usually call in advance to book and they let me know if it'll be busy or not. They take walks so there may be a wait if I'm running late. Would recommend.
They did an amazing job. Cheaper if you have cash. Recommend.
Excellent service, they are lovely and do the best job. Make sure you book ahead because they can become busy
Amazing nail salon! Very friendly and helpful staff and extremely affordable prices. They really take the time to ensure your nails are done to your liking!
