I booked an appointment with James back in October after reading good reviews online. He gave me a haircut with layers and curtain bangs that I am still obsessed with, helping me finally embrace my curly hair after  years of straightening it! He helped me out with products and recommendations of stylists in other cities and was so lovely to talk to. All of the staff were so friendly and I would highly recommend going to this salon! Frank is the most dedicated hairdresser i have ever known, he take pride in his work making sure all clients happy with their needs and wants. Very caring listening and customers services is the top. Best cut and colour I’ve ever had. A lot of questions were asked so I could receive exactly what I was after and I left feeling like it couldn’t have been any closer to my vision. Cannot recommend Jess enough!!

I got a blonde balayage here for a bit over $600. The colour was fine but the service was awful. I had a lady named Sarah who was really pushy and kept showing me the same hair products and insisting I get my hair cut on the same day. She also kept saying ‘I have NO idea what you’re talking about’ when I tried telling her and showing her pictures of what I was after. She also told me she would have to tone my hair more, but didn’t tell me that would cost an extra $70. They also only use wellaplex and I believed them when they said it’s as good as olaplex- it’s not. I had so many breakages it wasn’t worth it. For the same price I can go to a place that uses better product.

Unfortunately didn't love my cut here. Felt like my stylist was really rude and unpleasant when I didn't think the cut was like the reference I showed her and what we had discussed and ended up leaving feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed in the experience. Never have I felt like I wanted to walk out of a hair salon in the middle of a cut until today.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Had a hair cut by James for the first time and absolutely loved it. Im in the awkward phase of growing a fringe out but he made my hair look so amazing I don’t even want to grow it out any more! Definitely recommend. Amazing cut and gave me lots of advice on how to style it on my own.
