Helpful and supportive team members. Easily accessible location but parking would be hard during the peak time.

Been with Suncorp for over 20years and still getting good service. I have been overseas on urgent business and had to use our private credit card at Heathrow train station, my wife back here got a phone call a few minutes later asking if she was aware of the CC use in London, thanks for looking out for us. The only negative, especially for more mature aged clients the closing of the branch up at Clifford Gardens  has pushed a lot more people into this office and queues are after seen. With only 2 people on the counter this can cause some delays.

My partner had been in many times ask for two renew bank card, they saying the bank new bank card will deliver but we got told by the address is sent to wrong place. The lady who’s haven’t changed the address so the man has changed address for my partner but unfortunately there are too many people lined up and waiting too long. Two young woman and man who’s took too long to fix my partner detailed. All we want to ask for change address and replacement new card before expired!! Suncorp bank are hopeless ! They’re not helpful to tell us about replacements now we’re struggling to pay bills and foods for us because my partner can’t use his card anymore. We have been waiting for nearly two months for replacement cards but there are no letter or nothing arrive yet.  Thank you for horrible service !

Password has to be 6 to 8 ! characters long without special characters !!. Really?!!!
