It has a few self service facilities. One person serving and two people waiting. It wasn't too bad and the lady was friendly.
Such an amazing team at this bank, you can tell they genuinely care for their customers. I highly recommended Daniel for any banking enquiries, very knowledgeable and helpful :.
People are so quick to complain when they feel they aren't treated well but will rarely praise an employee who goes above and beyond to help a customer, we had a very good experience with a young man, Daniel Northcott, at the Grand Central branch in Toowoomba. I think he should be praised for his enthusiasm and helpfulness. Thanks Daniel.
