One of my friend used to have Commonwealth Bank for less 6 months and she changed her old bank to Westpac or Nab because Commonwealth steal her 2,500 without knowing and she got paid from work and tried save money for her son then she checked her Commonwealth bank and 2,500 is missing ! She called Commonwealth bank to asked where is the rest her money and refunded but they blamed on her because obviously they believed she sent the wrong person and can’t refunded money back so yeah she hate commonwealth for stole her money. Commonwealth is the most thieves banks who’s keep stealing all customers moneys without them knowing. Also please screenshot who you transfer money or how much before close it otherwise Commonwealth bank did deleted the history so that they get away from it where people can’t see money gone. Thanks to Commonwealth made my friend stressed because she saved 2,500 for her son in future. Lawyer if you read this please find out what going on and do under investigation. I hope Commonwealth Bank shut down in future.
Worst location and even worst service. Paid for parking and they want me to wait just because my work was lengthy, eventually, they told me to come after lunch. Great.
Atm deposit machine never works!! Is useless!! Just go teller!! And yes!! Teller not opening on sat!!! And i have asked branch staff - Rhiannon for help She just keep saying idk. And didn't even mentioning anything like please come back on mon.
It absolutely annoys me when people push their agenda on local branches. Take up your issues with the CEO or the main office in Sydney and leave the local employees out of your environmental issues. While I do not support the fossil fuel agenda Commbank is funding, I do support the hard working and friendly team at this branch.

These guys have been fairly helpful. Great in person - a good focus on customer service. However there is little point having a phone number listed as I have never had anyone answer when I have called the number. You have to visit in person - and the opening hours aren't that accessible for those who work.
It's an absolute disgrace that Commbank continue to blatantly disregard public sentiment and the clear evidence that fossil fuels contribute to the destruction of our planet, by their on-going refusal to stop funding polluting coal projects!!! Having invested $3.9Billion in fossil fuels last year - the biggest funders in Australia - it's plainly obvious where their priorities lie... and it's certainly NOT in line with public concern regarding the worldwide issue of climate sustainability!!! With an ever-increasing list of financial institutions backing away from climate-destroying projects, Commbank need to urgently reevaluate their priorities and start listening to common sense and clear scientific evidence!!! The future of our planet lies in clean renewable energy... NOT DIRTY POLLUTING COAL!!!
I am extremely disappointed that commonwealth bank is the biggest funder of fossil fuels in Australia. We must stop funding dirty coal now and save our barrier reef. I have been a customer for over 30 years and will consider withdrawing my business if it continues to fund fossil fuels and Adani.

I've been with the Commonwealth Bank for about 50 years. For the first time I'm seriously considering changing banks. Commbank stands out as an institution with significant links to the funding of fossil fuel production in Australia including the Adani group. It's not good enough for my children and grandchildren to have to grow up in a world impaired by pollution. In conscience I cannot continue as a Commbank customer unless they turn their pollution-supporting policies around.
