This review is for RACQ Toowoomba's Roadside Assist. I was collecting my groceries at Coles Click and Collect Grand Central when I noticed I had an almost flat tyre. Reception was sketchy in the car park but the Coles staff assisted me by looking up the phone number as I am disabled. When I called, the phone reception was bad but the lady on the phone was able to get the necessary details. Even though she told me they might take up to an hour and a half, they arrived within roughly 20 minutes. He had changed the tyre in under 5 minutes and I was able to get my groceries home to the freezer. Thank you for such prompt and helpful service as my days of changing tyres are long past.
It was terrible first told to do it online but even though I wrote that we needed a tow truck it didn't get ordered until I talked to some one that took 1/2an hour.Then no contact from the tow truck which isn't RACQ so they don't care 2 hours later they got lost 2 times.We gave up on RACQ and a private truck Rockets came within 15 min. Poor service
Well worth the cost of membership and all the people i have had dealings with were so helpful

I had a serviceman called Richard who was a very knowledgeable RACQ road assist technician ! He made my day , fixed my problem quickly and offered professional advice free of charge. I hope RACQ know how valuable this man is to the team of RACQ!!! Please put him in one of you TV ads!!! He is a great asset to RACQ
Useless unfriendly. No maps of Toowoomba or S.E. QLD or Qld. Have not had maps for 2 months. Location on Apple maps not updated since relocation 2 years ago! New location beside Westpac at clifford gardens shopping centre Anzac St
Great service, car would not start, needed to go to the dealer, gold card got me onsite assessment, towed and sorted quick smart. Great job, you don't realise how good this is to have until it happens to you.
What a rude & dismissive experience! My advice if you are wishing to travel, bypass RACQ Clifford Gardens.
Quite Possibly the worst customer experience I have ever had. Had a problem which RACQ customer service suggested I go in and see an advisor in person. Rude not willing to help. What was a waste of 30mins in store was handled by Allianz in 10mins over the phone. Will never go back
