I am a 1st home buyer so I have no experience applying for a home loan. Because of this I would have thought explain how things work but they did not. I was at one point asked what product do you want with out any explanation about what was available and when I asked no detail on each product was given.

I have found all staff here are fantastic especially the lovely young man there he explains everything to you and you dont feel you are rushed. Fantastic customer service.

The ladies at this office are just fantastic!! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. They processed and turned around my personal loan in no time at all. I cannot rate them enough!! Great place to bank with

Since the merger of CUA to become Great Southern Bank the customer has dropped dramatically. On multiple occasions I have been on hold for greater than 30 minutes before I got to speak to a customer service presenative who was not able to resolve my issue.  After 14 years I'm leaving CUA to go to Queensland Country Bank who values my business and me as a customer. If I could give zero  I would.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff.  Great to deal with and make banking simple and efficient.  The most tech friendly bank I have ever dealt with.
