This Branch and its Staff are absolute FRAUDS… WARNING!!!’ I would recommend STAYING AWAY FROM BENDIGO.. Especially the Clifford Gardens Branch. Firstly, our account does not allow it to be overdrawn. Last year at Christmas, as we do our shopping, we get our payments into our savings account and we just transfer what we need when we need it both myself and my partner being pensioners with 5 children, so I transferred enough for our purchases and saw it come out of our account as we spent it whilst it ”clears” I guess but it comes out as a charge. So all was well and then into the New Year, Bendigo suddenly decided to debit my account my $118 which was one of our purchases. So I have been dealing with Bendigo, then suddenly today they take the $118 which again, was their error and we did not owe it took it from our Savings account and then closed the other account even after clearing the Debit with our money so now I can’t even PROVE they were at fault!!! And then they leave a little note in my online account app telling me if I have a problem to call a number that Says does not exist!!!! Just WOW!!! We have been 10 days without a car, our car broke down, our kids can’t get to school and they go and take more money from me that I did NOT owe and now nobody wants to take accountability and help me. Even though I had “Hannah” from Customer Feedbank team “helping” me and they go and do this.. like why close the account then if you just cleared the debit amount??? ABSOLUTELY CRIMINALS!!! PLEASE JUST GO TO ANOTHER BANK!!! Also, I have asked to change my address over 15 times in the last 10 months, we even went to the branch and changed the address because our daughter needed a new card for her account and they still couldn’t even send her a card so she has had to go to another bank because they JUST REFUSE TO DO THEIR JOBS!!!
THIEVES!!! Absolute Scam Artists. Do NOT open your accounts here. They will forever and a day, access your accounts, take your money, close your accounts whenever they want to, and also they won’t give you the $6 Monthly fee waive for Pensioners. Honestly, just stay away from this branch. If you choose Bendigo do your banking online or over the phone. Open your accounts that way!!

Very poor service considering it’s the only branch in Toowoomba now most of the time there is only one teller and the wait is lengthy very disappointing
No one there seems to care, always Moody and bad vibes. Stop being Grouchy and do your job.
