Couldn't care less! Booked a jeep Service on their website three weeks out. I arrived to find they didn't have my booking and they stated the online booking system does not work despite receiving a confirmation via email. They begrudgingly agreed to look at my issue. The next day they said it was a simple fix requiring a radiator cap and that the car was ready to collect. When picking it up I was told it was not fixed and requires a radiator cap to be shipped from Victoria and could take a number of weeks! After expressing my disappointment and was told to take my business elsewhere by the female didn't get her name service manager.
We have a Volvo and a Jeep. Jake in sales is a 6 out of 5 stars. The service department’s a mixed bag. The parking lot sucks and the dealership is just very profit driven and not really focused on a great customer experience
Accolades to lovely ladies in Jeep service reception. Complex problems with our Grand Cherokee but they were considerate and helpful. We really appreciated their help. A credit to their dealership. Thank you.
Been using them for 9 years and As a dealership they use to be awesome but over the past 3 years there is less and less transparency with service pricing, always over booked, talk to you like you don’t know what don’t know. Care factor is near on zero, alway an excuse for why something can’t be done. Hell Even listening to staff complain about conditions, Would avoid this dealership, well worth travelling to other authorised service Center.
I brought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel car in 2015, there is a fault with the transmission whereby there is a delay to drive after first start up when engaging either drive or reverse, this happens every time the car has sat unused for a while. I have notified Sunco service department of this fault at every service including the first one at only 864km. They have failed to acknowledge this problem exists and not in any other cars of the model until February 2021 they finally admitted that some of these models had the same fault. Their explanation was that the torque converter was draining out while sitting, I have told both Sunco Jeep and FCA, the Jeep Importers, that this is not correct as if I switch the ignition on for 30 seconds before starting the engine the drive is instant. My concern is that some time when I am miles away that whatever is causing the delay may not allow the transmission to drive at all. Both Sunco and FCA assured me that they would not walk away from this issue, I think more than six and a half years later I have been very patient and they need to step up and stop telling lies and fix the problem. I was told in January this year that FCA were having a meeting 12-1-2022 where they would discuss this problem. I have called service manager David at least 3 times since and still no feed back re the meeting, in fact I am still waiting for him to return my call made 15-2-2022. This is not good enough, I believe they were never prepared to fix this and in fact I don’t think they know how to find and fix the fault. I don’t see why that becomes my problem, what is a warranty for? Murray Kane
Excellent customer service from Keith Colyer, Sunco Motors. Keith was genuine, helpful and resourceful. We purchased our car from Sunshine Coast and delivered to Melbourne. Keith guided us through the logistics and provided plenty of pictures and video for reassurance. Went smoothly and we can't be happier. For anyone purchasing from interstate, I highly recommend speaking to Keith.
Sunco have been servicing our Ram for several years now and we can not be more appreciative of the dedication that David Morgan Service Manager has towards our vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes down to the problems and keeps us updated at all times should there be any delays. David is definitely a massive asset to this business and its industry. We found the customer service here to be amazing. We recently had our four year old Grand Jeep Cherokee repaired here.We found their service team to be very informative and understanding. We initially brought up an issue we had with the car at a service and were told they didn't know what the problem was and to keep an eye it and if the noise we heard got louder, bring it in straight away. After the service and not really happy with the noise and answer we decided to take the car back and ask them to investigate what the problem may be. Upon pulling the engine apart they found the issue. We asked how major this could have been and were told it could have been major if we didn't get it repaired when we did. It was at this point where their customer service kicked up a notch. We have to mention in particular Tom. He was especially helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. We were without our car for over a month and were provided with a service car the whole time at no cost. We were also going on a holiday and needed our car. We were kept up to date a few times a week on the process of the car due to parts unavailability . Also with the cost of the repair Chrysler helped out with a discount on the price of parts. The car is now running like brand new again and couldn't be happier with it. We love our Jeep and we love their service team. Great job guys!!
Service was a little slow, but I understood when it was my turn; David was totally focused on myself and my questions regardless of how long it took. He spent time with me to make sure I was happy with the quote, even ringing Melbourne to make sure he definitely had the right part there was a choice of 2 There was no pressure to buy and I left on a handshake. Very pleased.
Mark and the crew at Sunco Chrysler are equal best of any service department I have ever been to. They have addressed any service issues with care and skill. I have been servicing my car there for over 5 years and couldn't fault them. They use genuine parts and have always gone the extra mile for me. Highly recommended!!
