refused entry 20 minutes before closing i understand there is a pack up time to take into consideration. but it doesn't take 20 min to make a sandwich OPEN sign was still on. which was annoying

I am regular customer. Everything is fresh, selling price is also affordable.  very good service from staff aswell specially from my friend Lisa. I must recommend you to get your sub and I am pretty sure you will come back again. Cheers

First time and never again !!!!
the girl who served us was not very friendly.
Now most of the time you don't ever ask for extra lettuce but this was one time it was required. 
But asking for it was like asking for the moon !!
