McDonald's

This rating is the culmination of my last five visits to this so call "restaurant"...five times in a row now the have f#$@ed up my order. The first four were missing an item, and the fifth, a plain face lie was used. Let me explain: I ordered a large cheese burger meal with a vanilla shake and a spicy corrizo and chicken burger meal with a coke, whereby, they asked me to park in the waiting bay. A number of minutes later a bag was brought out and its contents announced. My reply was that the cheese burger meal was correct but the other burger was not what I ordered. He took a look inside and adjusted its contents to include the spicy corrizo and chicken burger. As sure as a bear sh#ts in the forest, upon opening the meal at home, the burger was not what I ordered. I have came to the following conclusion: they intentionally f#$@ up the order to either have a laugh at the customers expense or they have been instructed to deliberately short the order. Taking one item from every transaction would add up to a pretty penny. Anyhow, that's my theory, unless, the entire staff are morons.

Great for what it is. The service at coorparoo is pretty good, but it's still McDonalds so don't expect anything amazing.

Rushed service when there was no reason for it. Server kept talking over us trying to push us to hurry our order when the items we wanted no longer were on menu. No receipt given, so we couldn't contect management.

They left out part of our order (a ham cheese and tomato toastie), the bacon on my mcmuffin was covered in black flecks as though the grill had not been cleaned properly, everything was a bit greasey even more so than normal at Macca's. They did offer to replace or refund the toastie and mcmuffin though.
