received a toastie untoasted, no cheese, and no wrapping. latte is actually cold. super rude lady in the cafe area too - seemed like the manager. worst maccas experience ever. this takes the cake for the worst fast food experience ever. i would rather go hungry all day than eat whatever this is. i want a refund cause this is actually a horrible experience.

took fricken ages when the store was lit dead. employees look like they’re being held hostage - ik it’s not the most fun job but when they’re sitting there eating their own food instead of doing their job it’s a bit frustrating. also my wrap looked like a pizza box, fries were tipped upside down into the bag and my cheeseburger had no sauce. no wonder the store was dead…

Absolutely shocking service. What kind of business runs out of hash browns and then refuses to offer a proper replacement? We were expected to pay full price for a meal that didn’t even include all the items, and when we asked for chips instead, we were told no. Honestly, what a joke. If you can’t provide what’s advertised, at least offer an inclusive alternative. Really disappointing experience.

i am absolutely disgusted by the actions of one of the workers in the kitchen. his name badge said huddy. after further research i found out his full name is hudson birch. he can’t flip a patty right and when i took a bite into my burger, it was RAW. i also caught him taking selfies on a phone during his shift which i find very unprofessional.  he kept bumping into other employees and kept giving me dirty looks while he did not appear to be equipt with gloves while preparing food. he was also licking the spatulas and when i looked eyes with him he gave me a snarky look. i saw him come out of the back holding 3 flakes in each hand. biggins. i am NEVER coming back to tingalpa mcdonald ever again

Relatively easy to get to and plenty of parking at the door. Good for a quick bite, when we went it was super busy and took a while to get served. Wasn’t starving and my drink made up for it!
