I don't recommend ordering delivery from this location. I've had multiple misses with the service and quality of the food. Tonight I ordered a flake storm, chips with extra salt, and chicken fries. My poor delivery driver was waiting to pick up my order for over 30 minutes minimum, meaning I was waiting for almost an hour for a simple order. The chips I received were cold, stale and without salt. The ice cream was melted and the cup barely filled. The chicken fries were cold and flavourless. I didn't get the fairy floss topper I added to my dessert. I didn't get the dipping sauce that was supposed to be with the chicken fries.  I understand that dinner rushes are hard to navigate and there are lots of orders to get out, but is it that hard to put some effort into the quality of service? I'm not one who normally leaves reviews, but this left me very disappointed considering the price I paid. Do better.

Very rude customer service. This is my second experience with this same issue and same lady that works there and goes by the name tag “Lilly” I believe. Shes was trying to correct what I the customer ordered when I only had a one child in the car why would i order two kids meal and no drinks? She was so arrogant speaking to me and also the first experience happened a group of them laughed as I asked a simple question if my food was ready in the restaurant waiting over 20 minutes. I’m so sick of going there and being treated with no respect. Please start treating your customers right and start getting orders correct. It seems like all teenagers do is stand and get paid for doing nothing. Do not recommend going here!

Pretty decent food but the constant slamming of the internal door between the Cafe and the dining room really puts a damper on dining in here.nnNot sure why staff members are letting the door slam with its full weight rather than closing it gently with their hands. When this happens once or twice every minute it gets pretty annoying pretty fast.

Service was a little slow but the food was good and cooked properly.nnRestaurant was reasonably clean and I was able to get a table without issues, which was good.nnI will be back here again in future when i am in the area for work next time.

I feel like I've been pranked by a bunch of teenagers. Over salted fries and sauce drenched on my chicken burger and one morsel of ice berg. Absolutely appalling lack of care or pride shown in food preparation. 0 stars.
