The guy there is great, but today we had a younger girl, the taller one, and she was rude and didn't give us the right amount of an ingredient. When we asked for her to put more on she argued & said she would charge us extra. Bad customer service.

Worst subway of melbourne. The staff is not friendly and also salad is not fresh as well. if they don't know standards of subway , they should learn from both subways in prahan(next suburb).

The staff at this subway didn't put the enough amount of salad. I bought one footlong & the guy only put 2 slice of tomatoes, should have 4 slices. They don't follow the company policies. So Staff don't think that customer doesn't notice anything & that wasn't my first time i was having subway. Just a wastage of money. I wouldn't go to this subway again.

Opening hours are unpredictable and not open at times when their listings say they are open. I have made great effort to get onto the Franchisee to get the right hours published, he says he'll look into it but no action. Quite frustrating to make a trip somewhere and find them closed
