Just witnessed the two lovely subway staff go above and beyond for an elderly man, helped him to the table and cleaned his mess up. Great to see.

I was in your store today for the first time. Parking sucks for a 4x4, standing in the que with my son, waiting for an under staffed store at " Lunch Time " while lots of people are waiting!  My concern is was I have major allergic reaction  to jalapenos, I witnessed  the young girl flicking a jalapeno from the " Carrot " and continuing to serves my sons order with the same gloves. ( I know he is not affected by  Jalapenos).  I was not happy. Lucky the staff changed rolls when I said something with my meal. More to the point they still didnt get clean gloves, after I  mentioned this. I don't know if your next customer had or has the same allergic reaction or not. This is the first time I have witnessed this at a subway. But please be aware there are people with allergic allergies. Today I thought this is for from Proper Food Handling Ethics to the Allergic Public..
