Worst customer service of my life. I ordered a sub, and it was made fine. However, when I went to eat it, the bread was rock hard and stale "fresh", not toasted. It was like biting into concrete. I complained, and they were irate. Argued that the bread was freshly baked this morning. I said there's no way, it must have been yesterday stock we went early in the morning. But I was just told I was wrong. Told them to try it for themselves! They refused to touch the sub. Demanded refund and left.
0 stars. As i walked in, the blonde worker immediately gave me a dirty look, no greeting or any verbal acknowledgment. I then watched her TAKE A BITE OUT OF THE FRESHLY MADE BREAD , FRESH OUTTA THE OVEN. Didn’t even tried to hide it, made eye contact with me while she tried to quickly chew and hide what she did. took over 15mins for them to make 2 subs, extremely SLOW, UNPROFESSIONAL and LAZY. The owner of this store needs to come in, fire everyone or properly train all staff!!!! Never going back, disgusting!
Absolutely terrible service! Do not order. Bacon was undercooked and cold. Tomatoes placed in a sub that we did not ask for. $40 paid, asked for a refund or to be made again and the Supervisor offered no assistance. Rude and unhelpful.
hello all i had a amazing experince at subway last night at around 5:30, the young girl working was so lovely, and we had a nice chat, definanntly hope to see her again.
Giving you 5 stars as an encouragement to either hire a new team and or find a new manager. I have never seen a salad bar so disgusting and the store wasn’t even busy.
Tried to overcharge me, the person serving me could not wrap up a sub to save their own life, got a meal with cookies but never asked what i wanted. This is the most unprofessional service i have had from any subway i've been to. They badly need some form of training.
Absolutely disgusting restaurant. I had food delivered through Door Dash. My driver waiting for a ridiculously long time. The food was wrapped loosely so the filling fell out. Hardly any meat on the subs. I asked for extra olives and there was yearly any . One sub was meant to be toasted. I found plastic in my food. Yes, I found it in my mouth after I took a bite... The worst of it all, they forgot my cookies!!!! No way I would ever recommend this store to anyone. If I could give a 0 star I would.
Worst subway ever when we called to ask where half our order was we just got there’s a salad shortage and that salad is free. I asked why we weren’t informed of this and that it wasn’t what we asked for with the rest of the order we just got a yep mmm hmm response. Don’t eat here worst customer service and food. Poor effort
Worst Subway I have ever been too. Where do I even start - my daughter and I were the only ones in the store and stood there waiting to order for a good 2 minutes before one of the three people behind the counter acknowledged us. Server then complained it had been busy today and she was over it....ok then. Really sloppy sandwich making, plus took a good 15 mins for her to make 4 subs. Service was unprofessional, subs were horrible.
I work in hospitality and would never normally complain but I have never in my life had such a terrible experience at a food place. Declan at Noosa junction subway should not have a job. He does not care about customer satisfaction nor about being fair to people that are paying for the food. I asked for avo and got a teaspoon size and that was just the beginning. Every portion of every ingredient was tiny. I got two pieces of spinach. I asked him repeatedly for more of each ingredient and that still wasn’t the average serve I’m used to at subway. Finally at the end when my sub was passed to a nice girl she put some more spinach on the third time I’d asked as she could see how pathetic the sub looked. Truely disappointed that people like Declan have a job in customer service when they clearly have no regard for satisfaction or for just giving people what they pay for.
