Will never go to this shop again. Went in at about 8:30pm, the store was absolutely disgusting. There was food all over the floor, we had to dodge walking on food on the way out. We where going to sit in and eat but the tables where messy and no where Clean to sit. They had about 10 teenagers all hanging around the door and the drive Thur windows, leaning over the counter pressing buttons on the computer and the manager did absolutely nothing. Had crew standing their doing nothing most the time. Not to mention all our food was cold we got 7 chips exactly in the small fry bag and they where horrible cold and soggy. We then opened one of our meals and where very disappointed to realise we had paid $13 for a burger and almost nothing else. We went back in to ask if we could have it fixed struggling to get though the crowed of teenagers on bikes and scooters for them to say we have no fries ready for you gave us another very pathetic small fries. Mind you they told us they shut at 11pm and this at 8:30. They didn't offer for us to wait for fresh fries or another item to fix the issue. Extremely rude customer service. Also tried calling the store got no answer. Honestly that manager needs to be fired as they did nothing to fix the 20 issues this store had. There was also no spoon for gravy and no Napkins. Absolutely horrible.
Hands down worst kfc out. Ran by a bunch of imbecile’s. Ordered a burger feast all original 2 burgers were hot n spicy n looked more what of a deconstructed burger.. Chips soggy & pop corn chicken dryer than a nuns nasty. Tried to call store 3 times to get a refund but apparently answering the phone is a task beyond their comprehension.
Are you hungry ? Looking for some excitement ? Got time to waste ? Then KFC Noosa is the place for you. Pull into the drive through and order your self a lucky dip cause whatever ever you order won’t be what you receive. Want lettuce, too bad. want to add cheese, not going to happen. Bacon & BBQ sauce you must be joking. At this point I was glad I got chicken on my twister.
Was told system down at drive through. Waited half an hour and let other customers know what was going on as No staff was present. Then was told they had no zingers to fulfill our order. Asked to speak to the manager and she wouldn’t speak to us. The young gentleman taking the orders was extremely polite and professional as he was relaying messages from the manager to me. We eventually got our order but if I owned that kfc? I would train or replace the manager. JP
Needs to be closed down or taken over by new management...asked for burger box all original and gave me all zinger a 10 year old could follow instructions better. Bacon has been off the menu for weeks due to oven broken...it's an absolute joke
Ordered a burger box 2 original burgers and 2 zinger burgers, ended up with 4 zinger burgers. Not great for my youngest two who hate spicy food. Other than the mix up, the food was what you'd expect from a KFC.
Chips are always under cooked. This sounds unbelievable however, there was no water, there was no orange juice and there was no apple juice.......then, they forgot the chocolate mousse. My 9yo is in the back seat crying..... thanks KFC Noosaville.Food: 1/5
They can never get an order right. Constantly having to go back into the store to change items, pick up forgotten items or complain due to food being soggy, cold or tasteless. Presentation of the products and store is awful. Store is messy with food everywhere and not clean. Would not recommend, McDonalds, Dominos and Red Rooster are a 5 min drive and it's worth going there.
Can’t read instructions and now we’re eating just chips for dinner! Not even the first time, but first time we tried delivery so not able to get it fixed nor get more than a $5 credit. The burgers are more than that individually?
Worst kfc I have ever been to, about 3 brain cells between everyone working there! Waited 20 minutes for a cold burger and when I took it back to get a new one the lady sighed and said “really?” No apology or nothing The floor in the kitchen was absolutely discusting food scraps everywhere on the floor
