Unfortunately, we've very rarely received a 'good' order. Either the Burger is a pile of ingredients in a box, the chips are half cooked, or cold and hard. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but when it consistently needs improvement, I feel like someone should know.

Extremely disappointed by the lack of basic product knowledge displayed by a McDonald’s employee - Ollie, when I inquired about the gluten content of your fries. It is entirely reasonable to expect staff at a global fast-food chain to be informed about common dietary concern with regard to its MOST sold product. Instead, I was met with “I don’t know”, and when asked if he could inquire with another staff member the response received was “nobody knows”.nnCustomers rely on accurate information to make safe dining choices, not side lip from some moron window clerk unable to take a moment to go ask a simple question.nnA lack of awareness in this area poses a serious concern and could easily open McDonalds up to legal proceedings.nnMcDonald’s, please prioritise proper nutritional training for your employees on at minimum your basic products, to prevent situations like this in the future.nnCustomers deserve better, put the kid out the back.
One of the cleanest and nicest McDonald's I've been to in a while. All the staff were friendly and I could see them all actively cleaning between customers. This definitely is not the case at my local McDonald's.nI thoroughly enjoyed my Bigmac meal. It was made well and the lettuce was fresh so often I get wilty lettuce. Fries were super hot and salty too.
The worst service tonight. No customer care and so rude. The manager so rude. Walked away very unsatisfied with quality. Then had the burger makers shaking heads and putting shit on me. Rude and burgers slapped together with no care
