Entry it's difficult. Our GPS said to enter on the wrong side. Park or drop off in the car park and walk over the short bridge and you'll arrive on the platform. Take note that you can't BUY a ticket here. I was able to board the train the but a ticket at my destination Fortitude Valley. Station does it's job well.
The entry to the station is challenging to find if you don't know how it works. You need to walk over the bridge
Would be nice if trains weren't always 5 minutes late. Also it isn't a good place to be when it's raining
Very dainty station without any ticket facilites. Very well lit at dusk
