We had the great pleasure of having Maggie for wedding transport on Saturday night. We listened to some absolute bangers, and had an awesome chat on the way home, much appreciated!
Picked up and dropped off by Maggie for a wedding over the weekend and cannot reccomend enough! Left my license on the bus and it was posted back for me days after! Can’t forget to mention the tunes she had going! Highly recommend!
Horrible and waste of time. Trying to get wedding transportation sorted and you just have to keep chasing them to book with them. They don’t follow up even though they say they will on the phone. They don’t reply to emails and they change quote consistently to fit their needs. They finally provided a reasonable quote for us and was about to book, when the next day they full change the quote to a ridiculous amount “because all of a sudden they were the only ones with an available van” so they assume they can then charge whatever they want because the right customer will be desperate enough. Customer service is the key to any business and this customer service was horrible.
I am so glad to book Coolum Coaches as our wedding transport in Aug 2021. Their service was great, I must give a shout out to Maggi who was our driver. At the end of our wedding night, Maggi came and pick us up at 12.30am, she was so friendly and had lots of smiles on her face to welcome us. She went above and beyond by giving out vomit bags to each of our guest and she advised them nicely to not throw up in the bus but in the vomit bags so I won't be charged extra. Thank you for thinking of me and being so professional and lovely, that made my special day extra perfect!
I followed this coach up to O’Reillys today on roads I’d never thought I’d see a coach. A big shout out to the driver, there were numerous oncoming cars they negotiated safely past and gave me the opportunity to pass where they could. Well done
We took the free bus ride from RED HOT SUMMER TOUR ON SUNDAY NIGHT & we had the pleasure of riding with Maggie the bus driver, Awesome personality made our journey home fun
Disgusting contact from company when questioned as to why they took my bus pass of my daughter. Was told on the Monday when I called that they would be in contact. It is now the Friday of that week and still no phone call back to inform me why. I have emailed twice and no response either. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Period.
