Thee best salad I've ever had from a takeaway outlet. The lady who made our salads was super attentive and was extremely customer focused. Kindly chopped everything up and put the right amount of everything in it. Top job!
Clean and tidy Subway restaurant at an off-highway "service centre". Ironically, no toilet for travellers... A very pleasant assistant made an excellent Subway sandwich, which I ate outdoors at a table and chairs provided. Recommended and likely to eat here again
Terrible. Bread was stale and like a brick!! Deal that was on was not actually given to us properly and as advertised. One staff member needed to learn customer service skills and at least smile. Refund was asked for but full amount wasn't given. Terrible Food: 1/5
I just delt with the most pleasant lady with the name tag "smiley", she really just made my day by simply being her. Can not express how the is one of the pleasant experiences I have had in a long time! Thanks for making my day.
A pretty well run Subway, on the day we went everything was fresh, servings were generous and the staff were very friendly. Some of the other Subway franchisees could come to Taupiri for lessons, hope you see this Hokitika!Food: 5/5
this store is constantly below the bench mark of any other subway in the waikato, the owner Garish doesnt even reply to emails regarding the constant issues this store has, most of the staff not all are arogant and make the worst subs of any subway in the waikato, the store is constantly a mess with cross contamination in every salad bin and never has all the ingredients available, Subway NZ head office should step in and sort this and the Horotiu store out, both owned by the same person both have the same results, would not recommend going here at all
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The worker took so long and didn’t clean up at all. There was so much rubbish behind the counter on the floor. There was a deal on a poster that the worker failed to give to us even though it was being advised. 0/10 would recommend avoiding this place at all costs

Understaffed and not even open on time. Went there at 9:45am, seen the guy who probably manages the place on the phone still trying to call staff in and their opening time is at 7am. On a Monday! Grrrrrrrr...
Probably the best Subway in NZ and I’ve been to a few shonky ones. Great service great Sammy
